Claire Allen

Claire Allen is a performing violinist and violin teacher in the Washington, DC area. She is in the first violin section of the Tysons-McLean Orchestra and is a founding member of the Lorien Quartet, the faculty quartet of George Mason University’s Community Arts Academy. Highlights from the 2017-2018 season include solo recitals with David Norfrey, recitals with the Lorien Quartet, and performances with the Tysons-McLean Orchestra. Previous solo recital experiences include performances at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.

Lauren Rausch

Violinist Lauren Rausch enjoys a dynamic career as an artist-teacher in the mid-Atlantic region and beyond. An active recitalist with programs this spring at Catholic University and historic Dumbarton Church in Georgetown, she performs regularly with the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra and recently represented Carnegie Hall as a teaching artist for PlayUSA, a program that supports music for children in underserved communities across the country.
