Jeffrey Larsen is a food stylist, project manager, art director, recipe developer, product developer, pastry chef, cookbook author and cooking instructor. Jeffrey has worked on a number of cookbooks, online apps, cooking magazines, food packaging and food advertising/marketing. His most recent achievements are acting as food stylist and project manager for the Philz Coffee food app. Jeffrey has developed recipes and products for the Nutiva brand, Hampton Creek and Hidden Valley Ranch. Jeffrey’s first cookbook, Gluten Free Baking at Home has been awarded the James Beard award for cookbook excellence 2020. The book is also an I.A.C.P. (International Association of Cooking Professionals) finalist for the fall 2020. Jeffrey is based in San Francisco but he also has ties to Denver, Chicago, New York and Los Angeles.
