Chef Adriana has carried two things with her since she was a child: a passion for food, and a red notebook. Through service during “restaurants” in her family home to culinary school, pastry classes, and working on the line, her Red Book stayed full of ideas. And when she filled one, another Red Book took its place. It was in 2012 that Chef Adriana and her cocktail crafting husband, Joe, decided to introduce themselves and share their gifts with the larger Austin and Central Texas Hill Country area and Red Book Chef was born. We keep Red Book Chef a small, boutique company for a reason. We are dedicated to creating a personalized, intimate relationship with each of our clients. When you call Red Book Chef, you will be speaking directly to Chef Adriana or Joe, and that’s the way we intend to keep it.
