Ms Victoria Drozdova was born in Moscow, Russia, in 1985. She started her music education in piano and voice at the age of 6. At the age of 16 she was accepted over hundreds of older applicants to attend the well respected Moscow State Pedagogical University Educational Institution for Higher Professional Education in Moscow, Russia. There she earned a Masters Degree specializing in Music Education (Pedagogy), Professional Solo Piano, and Professional Accompanist on Piano. She has been awarded several honors as both a performer and educator. Over the next five years she earned a second Masters Degree, in Journalism, while being a full time Music Instructor.
In 2010 she met her husband, a longtime Portland resident and local musician. They were married in August of 2012. After a year of extensive travel throughout the U.S.A. they chose to settle back down in the Portland, Oregon, area where they currently reside with their little son.
Victoria has established herself as a premiere piano and voice instructor and performer. Her students are successful participants in multiple music events, festivals, and competitions. Many of her students have chosen to major in music in college and university after having graduated from Victoria’s studio.
