Wolfie B. is born and bred Freelance MUA. Wolfie decided to combine her love of art and painting with her love for Beauty and Fashion and decided to apply it to every day living through makeup artistry. As a freshman in the Make-Up world, her goal is to collaborate and connect with other artistically creative souls to learn, trade ideas and build a master network and team of different, but equally powerful artists who excel in all aspects of the makeup world. Her inspiration almost always is based off of classic beauty icons of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s with a modern and urban twist. She is looking to collaborate with MUA’s in NYC that are willing to collaborate and share unique and different ideas for projects and shoots. Wolfie gets her inspiration from the streets of Brooklyn, often incorporating the edgy, unhinged, dark and beastly side of New York that often goes overlooked as a basis of her ideas. She draws her creativity from her personal life growing up along the lines of the lower-middle class family, and being raised by family who worked in the fashion industry for decades she was able to understand the demands of fashion and beauty at an early age. An advantage it would be considered for some to experience what it is like BTS of fashion shows and photo shoot sets as a young child, however, growing up in the urban streets of Brooklyn the faces she would see on those runways did not match her reality in Brooklyn. Wolfie learned to see beauty in faces and looks that were not conventionally considered “beautiful” and made it a personal goal to make all faces, no matter what it looked like, look its best. Being from where she is from it became natural to find beauty in what people tended to overlook. Not easily influenced by the modern day beauty fads, Wolfies inspiration almost always is based off of classic beauty icons of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s with a modern and urban twist.
