Joe Buck

Joe Buck is a 24-year-old singer, songwriter, performer and aspiring producer. During his vocal-study at the Rockacademy in the Netherlands he started to write his own songs. Catchy and honest songs, straight forward lyrics about the real things in life and a soothing and distinguishable voice. He didn’t stay unnoticed for long. Platinum selling artist Ilse DeLange was impressed and offered him a deal to her label in 2017. This was the start of living his dream. Since 2017 Joe has been to Nashville several times to write songs. There’s footage of him at 4 years old dancing and singing along to Shania Twain and as a teenager he was a huge Taylor Swift fan, so going to the country music capital seemed like the right move- and it was! This experience made him grow as an artist and songwriter. He then got the chance to prove himself by supporting American acts such as Hunter Hayes, Maren Morris & Dan + Shay. He also opened for the CMA Songwriter Series in Amsterdam. In August 2018 he went back to Nashville to record his debut album ‘White Roses’. He wrote the songs on the record with songwriters from Nashville, the UK and the Netherlands. Produced by Tim Lauer (USA) and Ilse DeLange (NL) and mixed by Cenzo Townshed (UK), this record is proving to be a real international collaboration. In October 2018 Joe released his first single ‘Black’ and he supported the Grammy Award winning Kacey Musgraves during her ‘Oh What a World’ European Tour. This year Joe hasn’t been slowing down. He got to be a part of the lineup for CMA Fest in Nashville, being the first Dutch artist to achieve that.In April Joe released his first official single ‘The Way You Take Time’. A song he wrote and produced together with his writing partner Simon Leferink. The song was written for a big supermarket commercial campaign (de PLUS) and also ended up in the Dutch movie ‘Singel 39’. It ended up being one of the biggest hits of 2019 in the Netherlands with a top 3 airplay peak and millions of streams . In the fall that same year Joe embarked on his first solo headline tour: the ‘The Way You Take Time Time Tour’.Joe Buck’s debut album ‘White Roses’ will be released on the 25th of September in 2020.
