Winner of 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 & 2014 Rising Star Award and “Best of 2012,” “Best of 2015” & “Best of 2016” Awards, and top-rated Jazz Singer in the U.S. on GigMasters.com for 6 years in a row, Lisa Smith moved to Las Vegas in 2002 with her talented husband, actor/singer/emcee Ron Smith (EmceeLasVegas.com). The couple met in California while starring in and co-hosting the popular Wild Bill’s Wild West Extravaganza Show in Buena Park. Prior to that, Lisa spent several years singing in clubs and performing in theaters throughout the Los Angeles/Hollywood area, worked as a Lead Singer aboard Royal Caribbean’s “Song of America” ship, and appeared as a featured soloist in two separate production shows in Tokyo, Japan.
Since relocating to Las Vegas, Lisa has enjoyed recurring jazz appearances at well-known venues such as the SC Prime Steakhouse, Addison’s Lounge, Ritz Carlton Hotel (Lake Las Vegas), Bootlegger Bistro, The Stirling Club, The Tropicana Lounge, Montelago Resort (Lake Las Vegas), LABEL Lounge, Cosmopolitan Hotel, Mandarin Bar, Marche Bacchus Restaurant, Becker’s Steakhouse, Sammy’s Restaurant & Lounge, Four Seasons Hotel, ELARA Hilton Grand Vacations Resort, Gold Coast Showroom, and local jazz hot-spot The Dispensary Lounge. In addition to freelancing as a jazz & big band singer for various corporate events as well, Lisa Smith also performs with the award-winning tribute group “Shades of Sinatra” (ShadesLasVegas.com), sings with Las Vegas’ most versatile female trio “Dangerous Curves” (DangerousCurvesLasVegas.com), and is the co-writer/co-star of several original musical revue shows with her husband Ron Smith (BeyondTalentProductions.com).
