I’m the principal designer and owner of Horizon Interior Design. I graduated from Oakland University in 1998 with a Master in Physical Therapy, and enjoyed a successful career as a therapist. I worked in home care, and found it intriguing to see the environments in which my clients lived. I grew a passion for interiors over the years, not only to make homes safer for my patients, but more comfortable and beautiful. I received a degree from the Interior Design program at Baker College, and gained experience working as a design assistant for a highly successful designer in Birmingham, MI. Horizon Interior Design was created in 2015, and to quote Maya Angelou, “The Horizon leans forward, offering you space to place new steps of change.” I truly enjoy helping my clients take the steps to change their houses into homes they love to live in!
I’m excited to create spaces that marry form and function, are beautiful and meet the needs of each client. I enjoy living in Rochester with my husband and two sons, attending their sporting events, and dancing!
