MATT GOODRICH is an Ohio born Country Music artist with a passion for songwriting. His biggest influences include Cody Jinks, Jason Aldean, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Eric Church and The Eagles among others. Despite currently working a full time day job as a Chemist, Matt keeps a very active show schedule. He can be found performing around the North Central Ohio area approximately 100-120 shows per year at various concerts, fairs, festivals, bars, and parties. He has been featured on a number of radio stations including Coast Country 100.9, 103.7 CKY iHeart Radio, and K96 WKFM. He has also been featured in a variety of publications including local newspapers, country music social media sites, Country Rebel, Country Music Vibe, and Cleveland Country Magazine. He has opened for National country acts including Brett Eldredge, Chris Lane, Frankie Ballard, David Allan Coe, Rodney Atkins, and Shane Owens. Most recently he was voted “Cleveland Area’s Favorite Local Artist” out of 88 participating acts from Ohio as well as 2017’s Beacon’s “Best of the Best” Best Area Artist for the Ottawa County / Put-In-Bay / Port Clinton / Kelly’s Island / Catawba / Marblehead Region. He has attained a number of endorsements from various companies that service the music industry, and continues to expand his reach and exposure. His musical goals for the rest of the year include performing in Nashville during the 2018 CMA fest, expanding the area in which he plays to include more cities, and opening for one of his idols. When he’s not playing music, Matt enjoys traveling, working out, hunting, fishing, hiking, cars and trucks, reading, watching movies and endless other hobbies!
