Ground Control Studio

Ground Control Studio in Twin Falls, Idaho is directed by Adison and Hailey Hillstead, both national champion clogging competitors and touring performers. Hailey and Adison run the clogging and power tap program that has been established in the Magic Valley for over twenty years. They continue the clogging legacy in Twin Falls by bringing a more modern look & style to clogging. Power Tap is a recent fusion of clogging that has been increasingly popular for over fifteen years adding more tap, stomp, Irish hard shoe, hip hop, jazz and drill to clogging routines. Adison and Hailey take the ever growing styles of power tap and add their own unique flair to their clogging & power tap classes and teams at Ground Control.

They have a sweet, energetic 7 year old who loves to sing and dance ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop and tumbling. Two fur babies also occupy their home- a very tender-loving brindle pit and a boisterous tabby cat, all of whom are very used to the chaotic life of a traveling dance family!
