Bruce A. Martin has over 26 years of experience in all phases of interior design. He oversees all aspects of a project from interior architectural design and coordination with architects and contractors through furniture design, art and accessories selection and installation. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in design and a minor in business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Bruce moved to the world-famous ski resort – Sun Valley, Idaho. It was here he found his passion for interior design. Bruce is committed to creating comfortable, yet sophisticated environments for high-end homes and commercial projects. His success comes from a desire to design elegant spaces while keeping an eye on the smallest of details. He is vastly familiar with the nature of woods and textiles, and patterns, textures and other design techniques important for style and room design. Bruce is especially known for incorporating simple, natural materials in all of his designs. He typically utilizes stones, woods, cottons, wools and other natural elements. Besides having the experience designing custom furniture pieces, Bruce is knowledgeable of historical periods that have influenced the development of furniture. He helps his clients select antiques and to learn the value of the antiques they could own and cherish for generations. Whether he’s designing interiors for a house in San Francisco or in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Bruce’s ability to listen, problem-solving skills and openness to new ideas, are what keep clients coming back again and again. The continued success of Bruce A. Martin Interiors is built upon one tradition: Creating Comfortable Environments.
