Chef Stephen Ormsby, a native of Northern New Mexico, started his culinary journey at a very young age and has an extensive service industry background. Upon completing culinary school at the Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona he proceeded to expand his culinary knowledge and refine his skills at multiple fine dining establishments in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. Since returning to his New Mexican roots, Chef Stephen Ormsby has cooked, served and managed many of Albuquerque’s Fine dining establishments.
