Kimberly’s passion for all things food started when she was young. Their weekends often meant going to Seattle’s Pike Place Market, gardening, helping her dad grill steaks and smoke fish he had caught, watching her Noni make fresh egg noodles by hand. All of these memories have led her to where she is today. Changing careers for her was a leap of faith. In 1999 she graduated from the Seattle Culinary Institute, earning the Outstanding Culinarian Award. She was off and running in the world of restaurants, culinary competitions, catering, corporate dining and being a private chef, but from the beginning, her dream and goal was to run her own business, show her own vision, perform to her own standards.
