Located in Chico, California, Cyr Photography has been in business since 1998, specializing in artful, heartfelt wedding photography and creative outdoor senior and family portraiture. I am Maria Cyr, Owner/Photographer, and am blessed to enjoy what I do, everyday. My 
greatest joy is getting to witness and CAPTURE forever the beauty of pure love between two people and between parents and children…stopping time for that moment! Seeing the pride and sense of accomplishment in a graduating senior and translating that into an image is an honor. These are the moments we live for in a lifetime! Over 20 years experience brings you not only top notch photography but also knowledge and long standing connections within the wedding community. I have established wonderful working relations with nearly all wedding vendors and am on the preferred vendor list for the Top Caterers, Event Venues, D.J., Florist, Cake Makers and Coordinators. I continue my quest for excellence by receiving specialized training, remaining up to date with all current trends in photography and am an active member of Wedding Portrait Photographers International (WPPI). Over the years, I have been asked to photograph senior portraits, family sessions, and many weddings for families and their friends. Through referrals, I have even gotten the opportunity to photograph the kids of those whose wedding I captured. It is this kind of relationship that I treasure. I always strive for the best relationship with my client because I know that I am viewing the best years of their life through a lens. I approach every wedding and photography session with a professional, friendly attitude, creating fun, unique relationship with my clients. My goal is to create a relaxed, lighthearted environment which allows everyone to feel comfortable and to truly enjoy the experience.
