For as long as I can remember, I have been creating images. As a kid, I spent countless hours drawing, painting, and sketching. I continued this all the way through college, where I majored in graphic design and illustration at The University of Kansas. From there I spent over a decade as a graphic designer in the advertising industry. In 2015 I left my advertising career to pursue wedding photography full time. While the medium with which I create my images has changed over the years, my passion for creating them has remained steady. I couldn’t think of a more meaningful and rewarding way to spend my time and talent than to preserve such an important day for so many wonderful couples. Although I travel quite a bit for weddings, most of the time you can find me at home in Saint Louis with my incredible wife and our three adorable boys. I’ve been fortunate enough to have my work featured in some of the most inspiring wedding publications such as Martha Stewart Weddings, Style Me Pretty, The Knot, Magnolia Rouge, Southern Weddings, and named photographer of the year at the Saint Louis Wedding Awards.
