Ido Waksman

By the age of eighteen, stage-veteran Ido (pronounced ‘ee-doe’) Waksman had played keyboards and piano during two major tours across Europe and the US, as well as on countless recordings, live shows, and network television broadcasts. His sensitive, soulful playing was heard in such venues as Copenhagen’s Tivoli Gardens and Nancy’s ‘Zenith’ — France’s largest arena. Blessed with an exceptional ear and insatiable zest for learning, the Israeli-born musician had mastered a musical vocabulary few of his peers possess. He seamlessly glides from piece to piece, genre to genre; imbuing a sense of class and atmosphere the ordinary lounge pianist would be hard-pressed to provide.
