Derrick Tribbey is a portrait photographer based in Dallas, Texas. Derrick has been in the photography industry since 2003 and full time since 2010. He broke into the photography market while still a high school student photographing seniors when he was only a 10th grader. Over the course of the last 15 years Derrick has become an award winning wedding photographer appearing in major magazine publications and blogs. He has a passion for portrait photography.
I’m a portrait photographer located in Dallas, Texas and travel worldwide. My heart is to bless all that I work with and strive to ensure you have the most amazing wedding day or photography experience. It is such an incredible blessing to be a part of one of the most important days of your lives. My goal is to capture your life experience with
the knowledge and creativity and provide you with photographs you can cherish for a lifetime. When you hire me I’m always the main photographer and never hire out to unexperienced photographers like many of the large companies do. mix of photojournalism, modern and of course “mom shots”. You can get it all when you hire Derrick Tribbey Photography. We believe that clean clear images are timeless. We’re not a big user of presets or “filters”. We want to produce images that look good forever and are not out of style when you look back in 20 plus years. My absolute favorite is a late evening engagement session or portraits of the bride and groom on their wedding day. We use light and places that you would never imagine would make a great photo!
