I am so happy to be a part of Team KEP! Katie has taken me under her wing and I have grown so much in my time with her as an assistant and now as a second shooter. I believe there is beauty in every moment, big or small. I love being able to suspend that moment in time, knowing that someone will cherish it for years to come. That is what puts me in my happy place- along with the moonlight, listening to a new favorite song, and finding a new adventure. Add cheese to any of those scenarios and I am in my own version of heaven.KATIE LEE

Hi! I’m Katie, the owner and photographer at Katherine Elena Photography.
I grew up in the great state of New Jersey (don’t laugh!) but have made North Carolina my home since 2006 and I love everything about the South. I have three of the sweetest little doggies ever, and an unbelievably supportive husband. When I am not sitting behind the camera, I am planning our next adventure. Seeing the world is my happy place. I also love cozying up on the porch with a good crossword puzzle and a cup of tea. I can’t wait to learn more about you!
