LetricKramer
LetricKramer is Guitarist Paul Kramer and Singer Aaron Letrick with bass guitarist Richard (Guido) Milligan, Thom Monks (live drums) and special guests, drummer Jeff Campitelli (Joe Satriani Band) and Jimmie Bones (Kid Rock’s T.B.T. Band) on Keyboards. Paul and Aaron are founding members of the late 80’s Detroit based band Pleezer. Pleezer enjoyed some success in the 80’s recording their first album with Al Hirschman at the legendary “Swamp” (Grand Funk Railroad) recording studio and drew the attention of world-renowned producer Vinnie Poncia (Kiss, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, DC Drive, Leo Sayer etc.). While recording their second album, Nirvana released Nevermind and that’s what the world did to 80’s rock. Over the years Paul and Aaron worked together on various projects including being commissioned to record “From The Beginning” for an ELP tribute cd entitled “Fanfare for the Pirates”. Aaron made a cameo appearance on Paul’s “Red Planet” cd in 2000 and together in 2005 worked on the re-release of the original Pleezer cd. Pleezer was signed to Retrospect Records and added 5 additional unreleased songs. The current collaboration came about when Aaron reached out to Paul for the tracks to Passion for his solo cd. Paul shared some of the music he was working on and Aaron added his flavor and LetricKramer was instantly back, stronger than ever. The CD “Born In Detroit” has a Detroit rock feel with a Country edge that is organic to both Paul and Aaron. The cd was recorded and mixed by Grammy award winners in Detroit and NY. Available now on Amazon, iTunes and all digital media outlets.
