Greg Crawford

Greg “Chainsaw” Crawford (August 3, 1977) is a Charleston, South Carolina born artist, musician, film maker, and photographer. He was on the Coffin Syrup E.P. “Caprarachnid” that was recorded in August 2008. He played bass guitar and backing vocals for a Charleston, South Carolina based metal band from 2004 to 2010. In 2000, Greg also appeared in the Mel Gibson film “THE PATRIOT” has a extra.
In November 2011 he filmed his first short film called “Nostalgia” about a girl being chased through a cotton field by a serial killer who looks like a normal guy. Greg says that the film’s message is that people view a normal looking person in a less threatening light over someone that doesn’t fit into the norm of society. Yet normal looking people are the ones to watch out for the most.
