I’m a mother, daughter, sister, wife, and friend who loves to share stories. Over a decade ago, I started a new chapter in mine by breaking into photography, falling in love with the art, and never looking back. I’ve worked hard and gained ground in the industry, earning the credentials of Master Photographer, Photographic Craftsman, and Certified Professional Photographer, and being named Mississippi/Alabama Master Photographer of the Year in 2017, but I’ve also learned things no title or technicality could ever teach me: how to see and hear people. As a mother, I always wanted my daughters to know the importance of connecting with others. Photography has allowed me to live that lesso
n in ways I never imagined. I’ve discovered an irreplaceable part of my life in meeting new people and sharing their passions and journeys. As a photographer, I have the wonderful, challenging job of telling your story without words. The most important part of my process, the soul of my work, is you. Many people have learned how to manipulate lighting, backdrops, and locations, but pulling genuine emotions from cherished moments is an art. I think we’re here because we have the same goal: to make memories. Above all else, whatever your needs, I’m listening.
