A popular Oklahoma City based band, Stars is the platinum standard for cover bands. Playing a variety of dance music, we are constantly evolving to continually perform top dance hits. Our play list includes music from the 60’s and 70’s by groups such as Bee Gee’s and Beatles, 80’s hit’s by artists such as Prince, Rick Springfield and Michael Jackson, along with current Top 40 Hits by artists such as Pitbull, Flo-Rida, The Weekend, Bruno Mars, Usher, and Justin Timberlake. We play every weekend and occasional weeknights. We are currently booked through 2018. A professional band, we have extensive experience in performing for wedding receptions, corporate events and private parties, as well as at clubs through-out Oklahoma and surrounding states. We can be seen regularly at The Hard Rock Casino, Osage Casino Tulsa, Riverspirit Casino and The Run in Tulsa and Riverwind Casino, Red Rock Canyon Grill and Mike’s Bar in Oklahoma City, as well as additional clubs and casinos in the Oklahoma area.
Plan Early!! We generally schedule 6 months ahead of time for a private party. It is best to contact us 9 months to a year in advance to ensure we can reserve your date. As soon as you reserve your venue, call us!! We are currently booked into 2019. See our calendar
for open dates. You do not need to hire someone to run sound. No need to hire additional people to run sound. We prefer to run our own sound and use our own high- end equipment. Since our music style varies so extensively through-out the night, this ensures you are receiving the consistent quality we strive to provide. We differ from a DJ. It is sometimes difficult to follow a set “play list” of particular songs that you would like in a particular order. We are happy to assist you to determine the type of music you prefer, however, we do ask for flexibility. Feel free to let us know what genre of music you prefer and those types of music that you would like to avoid. Also let us know if you find any songs particularly offensive.
Again, we are a professional band and recognize that many of our popular “club” songs are not always appropriate for a wedding or private party. We will work with you to ensure your party is a success. We always charge for our services. As charitable as we 
would like to be, we are unable to “donate” our services or play at no charge for “marketing” or “networking” purposes. We MAY occasionally be able to learn a specific song for your event for an additional fee with adequate (several months) notice. Outside events. We do REQUIRE that you have a covered area available for the band in the event of rain if you are planning an outside event. This is nonnegotiable. We reserve the right to refuse to set up in the event of poor weather (e.g.,forecasted rain) or when WE feel weather conditions are questionable, if adequate shelter is not provided. So, please ensure you have an alternate location available for the band.
Adequate power is essential for our performance. Our agent will provide you with additional details regarding power requirements during the booking process. Adequate space. We have an enormous amount of equipment which requires adequate space for us to perform. We require a floor, concrete or a stage (we do not set up on the grass, in the dirt or sand). Our agent will provide you with stage requirement during the booking 
process. Family Friendly and Professional. We strive to maintain a family-friendly presence during wedding receptions and dining venues. In the event we are hired for a family-friendly event, we are courteous and refrain from songs that may be offensive to children and elderly guests. Be assured that all music is edited. The band refrains from profanity and our band members do not consume alcoholic beverages at private events.
