Canyon White: Drums/Guitar/Vocals
Canyon is a native of Nevada as well as a Native American. Her musical career began as a trumpeter while still attending school. Since that time she has become an accomplished guitarist and drummer. A musician of amazing talent and performance. She has performed at many local, and national venues including runner up for song writer of the year 2010 Reno, Nv. Her songwriting ability is unique and impressive. She is the drummer for the Bandalarels.
Joe Stanley: Lead & Rhythm Guitar/Vocals
Gypsy Joe Stanley is from Sacramento, California and is a veteran of nearly 40 years in the music industry. He is an exciting and talented lead guitarist that began his musical journey inspired by The Beatles and other great artists such as Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix. Joe moved to Reno in 1998. He’s a great vocalist and the lead guitarist for the group. He’s laid back, yet focused guitar and stage pressence produces a great showman to watch..
Danny Butler: Lead & Rhythm Guitar/Vocals
Danny hails from the state of Arkansas. His music career spans over 45yr’s. He attended and studied classical cello, and went to the University of Nevada, Reno on a scholarship for classical fine arts. He was a member of the group Onyx from 1976 until 1986. He has also played and performed with national act’s such as Jim Dandy and Black Oak Arkansas. R.E.O. Speedwagon, The Bunky Sholl’s project And numerous others. Danny also plays piano, and percussion and is a vocalist of the highest caliber.
Larrel Barber: Rhythm Guitar/Percussion/Vocals
Larrel is the “Larel” in the Bandalarels and is largely responsible for organizing the group in early 2001. Larrel is originally from Lindsey, California. He’s from a family of professional musicians and debuted on a world stage in Squaw Valley at the 1960 Winter Olympics with The Renegades. With a total of 47 years in the industry, he is an outstanding vocalist, songwriter and guitarist.
Stephanie Weatherford: Keyboards/Guitar/Harmonica/Vocals
Stephanie has been singing and playing piano since a very young age, picking out her first tune by ear, “Looking Out My Back Door” on the piano in 1970 on a clunker in Stinnett, TX. By happenstance, she ended up embracing and embarking upon a professional career in music at the ripe old age of 35, and has been playing in a variety of bands and genres ever since.
