J Zubire is a Professional Makeup Artist, 12 years as a mainstream MUA and 7 years in the fitness industry doing competition makeup for the IFBB and NPC competitors. Zubire has been the official MUA many IFBB and NPC Shows. Makeup Artist J Zubire has been a professional makeup artist since 2002. Throughout the years she has become a master of her craft. She has a degree in Marketing and a minor in Studio Art. She started freelancing after working for Victoria’s Secret Beauty as a store manager. She has worked as a MAC Pro Artist and is currently a Pro Artist and Education Artist for the prestigious STILA Cosmetics She is the Premier Makeup Artist to Fitness Celebrities. Her work has been published in national fitness magazines. She has also worked as a Key Makeup Artist in small independent films and music videos. A few years ago she was a contract worker for Viacom the producers of MTV, Bridezillas, etc. and worked on the set of Speeders. Her work has taken her all across the nation where she has met amazing photographers and models along the way. She is an on-location artist, and when she’s not traveling across the country or even in her hometown of Houston, Texas, providing on-location services for local brides and local projects. Her wedding makeup experience includes but is not limited to: Glamour Wedding Makeup, Traditional Wedding Makeup, Period Style Makeup, & Arabic Wedding Makeup, Editorial, Glamour, Avant Garde, Fantasy, Icon, Pin-up and Many More… Her Fitness industry experiance includes layouts for Flex Magazine, Muscular development as well as Official artist for NPC NATIONAL and Jr NATIONALS and many other NPC and IFBB shows She has been an airbrush artist for over 5 years.
