Alexis Kritsky

Alexis KritskySinger-SongwriterAlexis Kritsky, or known as “ATK” (Alexis Taylor Kritsky), is creating a brand that everyone can, and will want to, be a part of. The Knoxville, TN born artist is currently residing in Orlando, FL where her journey all started. Ever since Alexis was young, she knew that music would always be a part of her life. At the age of 4, Alexis had began singing opera and by the age of 10, had began playing the violin. Although, due to a rough medical history, it wasn’t until the age of 17, that her journey into the music industry began, winning The American Idol Experience (2x) at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Ever since, Alexis has been building herself, her brand, and her music. Alexis has worked with some of the biggest names in music, including the Black Eyed Peas, who co-wrote and produced her first hit single, Champagne (Release Date: July, 3rd 2015). Her credits also include working with producers and writers from Universal, Disney, and Sony.

Singer-SongwriterHer “feel good” vibe in everything she does takes not only her music, but her journey, to the next level as she continues to strive for a change in the music industry. “Ive been lead to believe i was something i was not, plenty of times! Ive been on a journey where this road in front of me has twisted and turned so much, that it lead to find out what i do want, and who i want to be.” Alexis is not only focusing on her music, but is also focusing on ways to help those artists trying to make it within the industry avoid the scams. “There are too many people out there that will tell you exactly what you want to hear, or try to form you into something they think is best – and its people like this that are giving the music industry a bad name. The music industry is a business, and should be treated as such; not a pit where new artists, like i was once, can be taken advantage of.”
Alexis is continuing her journey out in Los Angeles this summer writing and recording new music. Her strive to be different has her inventing a sound and image that can’t be compared. “I hate when others ask me ‘Who do you compare yourself to?’ because at the end of the day isn’t the goal to be yourself? To be different? I don’t want to be compared, i want to be me. I want people to remember me!”
