Maddie Todd
Maddie Todd is a singer-songwriter living in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. With a passionate heart and a mind full of questions, Maddie uses her lyrics to project contemplation of what it means to live, grow and love. Her unique vocals, paired with an acoustic guitar or piano, have performed at many locations in Sioux Falls, including the 605 Summer Classic Beer & Music Festival and sioux
falls pride festival. She has been featured as a South Dakota Favorite in the April, 2017 issue of SDPB Magazine for her song, “Paradox.” Maddie is a recent graduate from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD, receiving a bachelor of arts in Religion and sociology. Much of her lyrics were inspired by the work she did in college. “Songwriting has been a reminder that no matter how much one learns, there will always be more. The more I learn, the less I know. Songs will always be a way to ask questions, and sometimes, receive answers.” Her current muses are her Australian Shepherd, Amelia and her beautiful partner, Chelsea.
