James Aaron
The James Aaron Band was formed in Yuba City, CA, August 2015, since then they have performed in over 22 venues, weddings, and community events providing country covers from some of yesterdays and today’s hottest acts such as: Luke Bryan, Tim McGraw, Zac Brown Band, Frankie Ballard, Chris Young, Eric Church, Chris Janson, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, George Strait, Brooks and Dunn and many others.
With the start of 2018 they plan to write and play more of their own original music and incorporate it into their performances. Ultimately their number 1 goal is to have a great time and connect with the audience through country music.
James Aaron was born and raised in Yuba City, Ca. Surrounded by musical family members growing up it didn’t take long to discover that he would 
follow in their footsteps. As James grew older his passion became singing. Influenced by such people as George Strait, Alan Jackson, Randy Travis, Lonestar and countless other country stars, he knew what genre he would pursue. Though his love for singing is a big dream come true, he also loves song writing. He has written multiple songs that focus on the story and soul of a song.
The band is now starting to put original music into the lineup of current songs they perform. The first two songs being “Jello Shots and Tequila” and ” We Can Take a Drive”. The band continues to add music from the hottest country artists and focusing on adding new original material as well. We are excited to share them when they are complete.
The band has played Dowers Pub, 21 Club, The New Rivers Edge, The 7 Mile House, Grumpys, Yuba City’s Summer Stroll as well as events for the American Legion which landed us on the front page of the paper. The band believes in giving back to the community and supporting other live bands. We have been openers as well as headliners in our first year and we are excited and looking forward to playing other areas such as Sacramento, Auburn, Chico and other Northern California venues that promote live music. We have also been contracted to play private events such as weddings, retirements, corporate functions and local events.
