Michael Cassidy Flynn
Cassidy first developed his love of the arts by distracting his classmates with his impressions and exact recitations of dialogue spoken by Euphegenia Doubtfire from the hit film Mrs. Doubtfire in his third grade art class. It was at this point in his life that Mr. Boland (Spoede Elementary Art Teacher) recommended to Felicia Abatgis Flynn (Cassidy’s mother and number one fan) that he explore the world of the theatre.
As you can probably guess, it was all down hill from there. Cassidy graduated cum laude from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting and now lives in Saint Louis, Missouri. Cassidy has recently production credits include OEDIPUS APPARATUS (West End Players Guild) and FIRST IMPRESSIONS – an adaption of Pride & Prejudice (SATE Ensemble Theatre). Cassidy is currently in rehearsal for THE TEMPEST at SIUE Summer Showbiz. He also co-hosts a long-distance podcast called THE QUEER CAUCUS with L.A. based actor Jill Kamler and co-stars in Not Siblings Sketch Comedy with Saint Louis based actor Katy Keating. He has recently worked with Shakespeare Festival St. Louis, Metro Theater Company, Max & Louie Productions, Equally Represented Artists (ERA), West End Players Guild, and Civic Arts Company.
