Kate Albert
A self-taught acrylic painter, Cincinnati native Kate Albert, has always had a great love of art and the outdoors. Both are evident in her unique interpretations of Cincinnati, its various venues and surrounding nature.
Kate’s professional career as an artist began when she completed her first major piece entitled “Cincinnati” and it was received with tremendous success. Since then, Kate has gained momentum receiving numerous awards, gallery shows and has an ever expanding and diverse clientele.
Kate currently works out of her home studio as a fine artist and graphic designer. She has a real passion for her work, enjoys spending time with her family, and enjoys painting Cincinnati, its many amazing venues, unique landmarks and surrounding communities using her unique, colorful, whimsical style of painting.
Many of Kate’s prints may be purchased through shops of the places she depicts in her paintings, making her work mutually beneficial for non-profit organizations such as the Cincinnati Observatory, Glenwood Gardens (Great Parks of Hamilton County), Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal, Monarch & Milkweed for Cincinnati Nature Center, Opening Day (Cincinnati Reds Community Fund), and Krohn Conservatory.
