Chef Joel Olson, of Hemmachef, is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor for children, youth, and adults with 20 years of teaching experience. He has taught cooking and manners & etiquette to individuals of all levels of ability, interest, and experience, including those with special needs. Chef Joel brings his unique flair to culinary instruction, approaching teaching as entertainment and using his sense of humor and passion for cooking to inspire and involve his students.
He is adept at working with children and adults and making sure that everyone has a fun culinary experience while learning useful skills. Chef Joel is experienced in leading large and small groups and is available for events ranging from corporate team-building, professional bonding events, and culinary presentations to children’s birthday parties and in-home dinner parties.
