She grew up in Kansas. Like, really in Kansas. There were cows in her front yard. She shot her first wedding when she was 16. The plan was to use wedding photography as a way to pay for college. She fell in love with weddings, and she’s never looked back.
She believes that making photos should feel good. She wants you to feel like you are being photographed through the eyes of a friend; not a stranger with a nice camera. She believes that love of all kinds and people from all walks of life are fascinating and worth celebrating.
