Lesti Huff
Lesti Huff has been playing in and around the San Antonio area since 1998. In the early years, she honed her singer/songwriter chops at small juke-joints in S.A. like the Rusty Nail and Main Street. In 2001, she won the Humble Time Radio show award at the Freiheit Country Store for upcoming female vocalist, and landed a regular happy hour gig at Cafe Soleil where she preluded for several local and national acts.
Shortly after, Lesti teamed with local musicans and after having gone through a few band incarnations, now proudly introduces her current tried and true “Lesti Huff Band” consisting of; Gil “Jeel-Bear” Polanco (Drums and Cajon), Ray “Musical Swiss Army Knife” Symzyck (Lead Guitar, Accordian, Piano, Mandolin, Bajo Sexto, Bousouki); and Kelly “Kell-I” Hoppers (Bass). They perform at several venues in San Antonio, and the surrounding Hill Country areas – Spring Branch, Medina, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Bulverde and Fredericksburg to name a few.
