Joseph Montezinos
Joseph Montezinos loves photography..! He built his first darkroom in the basement laundry room at the age of ten and to this day, the magic of the entire process never ceases to amaze him. Every image conveys an idea. Every group of images tells a story. His passion for photography stems from a love of storytelling through imagery. They are in the communication business. They have an idea to convey or a product to sell. What’s the best way to do that? What do we want to say? He strives to bring value to that creative process. He spends most of his time these days working between New York, London, Los Angeles
and Miami. He now lives in Miami, but will always think of himself as a New Yorker.
He has a BA in photography from Hampshire College and was fortunate to assist Albert Watson for three years before heading off on his own in 1990.
