Grace McCaw
Grace McCaw holds a bachelor’s degree from Belmont University, where she studied both classical and commercial violin privately with Elisabeth Small, Alison Gooding Hoffman, Tammy Rogers King, and Billy Contreras.
Grace is certified to teach the Suzuki method by the Suzuki Association of the Americas, and has completed the Every Child Can teacher training. She has been playing violin from the age of six, and has been teaching for seven years. At the age of fourteen, she began performing for weddings, and at eighteen joined a live band playing folk-rock music. She has performed in music videos and done session work for artists including Damned Rivers, Grass Root Kids, Becca Tremmel, McKay Leggett, James Hatem, T.K. Hanley, and others.
Today, Grace is based in Nashville, TN, where she teaches lessons and plays freelance violin and fiddle for sessions and events.
