Michael Beck (Singer / Songwriter / Guitarist)
Singer, songwriter and guitarist, Michael Beck brings years of experience from the stage and studio to every note he plays. His charisma when performing is as infectious as his smile. Listening to music when he was younger, Michael found that his favorites were Travis Tritt, Garth Brooks, and Jason Aldean. This style, captured in his own playing, began to permeate throughout his live performances. Garnering attention; Michael began performing on the Northern California Country Circuit from San Jose to Redding, Turlock to Reno. He’s performed at many of the Rodeos, festivals, and Casinos in the area including the Livermore Wine Festival, Chicken Wing Festival. Even sharing the stage with some of Country’s top acts such as Jon Pardi, Big and Rich, Randy Houser, Clay Walker, Chris Lane, Lauren Alaina, Luke Combs and many others.
Michael continues to write and collaborate with a Nashville production team. His latest single “Our Side” is available for download along with his E.P. “Countin’ on Tennessee” on Itunes, Spotify, and many other retailers. Allan Villasan (Bass Guitar)
Laying the low notes, singing harmonies or bursting out some Def Leopard, Allan has been a staple in the Michael Beck Band since November 2012. Born and raised in the Philippines, Allan began his music career playing in variety/cover bands across the Philippines. One group even toured through the Middle East. As he moved here to California to be with family, he joined multiple bands but has found his home and is now known as one of the best bassists in the Central Valley music scene.
Ron Wright (Steel Guitar)
The man sitting behind the pedal steel! Ron has been a part of the California music scene for many years. From playing in the Kenny Pierce Band or to being one of the founding members of “Southern Bend,” he’s always a joy to have on stage. From the sweet sounds of his steel to the dobro and organ sounds he adds, he’s sure to leave you impressed. Ron joined the Michael Beck band back in January 2015 and has been at most every show since.
Jason Lee White (Drummer)
Jason White is a professional drummer who has been gigging and recording in the Bay Area for the last 22 years. As an in-demand artist, Jason has recorded/toured/performed and shared the stage with: The Michael Beck Band, Dana Carvey, Steve Miller, Staci Frenes, Justin Mcroberts, The Gator Alley Band (Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute), Rachel Z, Steve Smith, Pete Escovedo, The Woodminster Band and many others. When he’s not in the studio or on the stage, Jason enjoys teaching up to 40 private drums students per week.
