Jess Taylor
Born and raised in South Florida, Jess Taylor shines new light on the country music scene with her eclectic alternative country vocals. Surrounded by music at a very early age, there is no doubt that Jess was destined to become a singer-songwriter. She credits Miranda Lambert, The Civil Wars, Mumford & Sons, Chris Stapleton, and Lucie Silvas as her musical influences, but it was her father who is a musician himself that truly inspired her to sing and write. At the age of four, she took the stage to sing publicly for the very first time and hasn’t looked back since. A true talent and force to be reckoned with, Taylor at the age of fifteen was discovered on ReverbNation by an independent label and in no time was signed. At sixteen she already had three singles under her belt, “Do You Feel It Too,” “That’s Me” and “Why?” and music videos featured on GAC and CMT.
Although, she is very grateful for the songs of her past, she is excited to release to her fans a brand new image and sound. Leaning on faith, family, and friends Taylor has already proven to be a promising new artist. Her talent, perseverance, hard work and beauty radiate through the lyrics of her new music.
On October 27th, 2017, Taylor was excited to bring fans another amazing single named “Crooked Roots” The song captures the essence of a relationship where a girl falls in love with a bad guy, but its not your typical good girl bad boy story.
New to town, she’s told to stay away from him and his family, but she doesnt listen and falls anyway. In the end, he turns her into what he is- bad blood. Taylor stays connected to her fans through social media and her music can be found on Spotify, iTunes and other major digital streaming platforms.
